As an owner and operator of a fast growing business, Suzanne finds reward in providing our clients with the most unique, high-quality products in the industry. With over 15 years of experience in this arena, she brings a plethora of product and design knowledge to the table. Suzanne has great experience with early childhood development, and is passionate about designing play areas that both embrace the way children play and support the development of essential skills. Providing an environment that is not only age appropriate, but also challenging and safe, is no problem for her. As a CPSI certified professional, she works with an astute awareness of the recent guidelines and regulations. Suzanne is currently assisting with outside sales and office operations.
Suzanne enjoys spending time with her husband and her son, Sawyer, at the beach. She loves cooking, gardening, skiing, and visiting the wine country. In her free time she likes to go on long walks with her dog, Lucy, and prefers to spend her time outdoors.

Having been in the business for over 18 years, Mark brings to Recreation Republic, Inc. the experience and knowledge required for a rapidly expanding company. He is a great resource in the Aquatics field as it specifically relates to Park and Recreation as well as private entities, and he enjoys working with clients on their waterslide and Splashpad projects. Mark's keen sense of customer service and public relations is a tremendous asset to our clients and end-users, giving them full-service support before, during, and after the project. His strong work ethic and attention to detail should make it no surprise if you see him at one of your project start-ups testing out the equipment and making sure everything is "just right".
Mark loves a thrill, and in his days off he likes flying his plane, surfing, and mountain biking. He is a fierce competitor at heart and finds enjoyment winning at poker, golf, or any other competition that you may challenge him to. Mark is a great photographer and enjoys shooting his most recent subject, Sawyer (his son), and the rest of his family.

Michelle Puccioni
The Professor
As our Northern California representative, Michelle brings years of experience in marketing and education to the Recreation Republic, Inc. team. When Michelle met Mark and Suzanne Anderson it was a perfect fit. With 10 years of experience as a school teacher and another 10 years in marketing and brand identity, Michelle developed a natural affinity for all of our manufacturers because of the quality, design, and relevance built into every piece of equipment. She is a natural at designing play areas and as a CPSI she can ensure that our customers designs meet every standard and requirement.
Her interests include traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family. She also enjoys spending time at her neighborhood high school watching her daughter play basketball and on the field watching her son play lacrosse.

Just out of college, Vincent provides Recreation Republic, Inc. with fresh, youthful ideas for our advertising and marketing. His zeal for writing and passionate work ethic is a value for us.
Vincent finds excitement in reading colonial newspapers and hiking old Apache desert trails. He is an avid movie-goer, plays jazz flute, and loves driving past the beach.
